This is the 3rd set I have purchased two as gifts and my personal set. Excellent product great to keep your investment in good.

I was surprised to see that there was no protective shield on the shampoo bottle to avoid leakage.See attached photo.

I don’t know if I got a bad batch. Jon Renau products have really good reviews so I got this and have been using for a while. The shampoo seems OK and does a decent job. However, I just cannot get used to the smell of the spray leave in conditioner. It has an odd seaweed like scent. Fortunately, I have styling hairspray from Beautimark and Jon Renau that seems to camouflage the smell. My favorite brand is the old Beautimark line which has been discontinued. Fortunately, for me, I was able to find them on eBay and Mercari. I will still use the Jon Renau spray conditioner because I don’t believe in waste and it seems to do the job of keeping my synthetic wigs conditioned. I also like the Brandywine conditioner (not spray, put in basin of water and rinse out) that I use to keep my wigs soft and works a lot better than fabric softener.

This is an amazing group of wig care products. It is the only one I will ever use for all my synthetic wigs, even those not made by Jon Renau. Wigs are expensive, therefore you should use the best products for shampooing, detangling, and conditioning your wigs. The price was reasonable, I dont hate the smell, but its not my favorite. However the amazing results I get from using these products make up for it. Highly recommend to all my wig loving friends! It doesnt take much product to care for your wigs. I have used then 5 or 6 times, and bottles are still nearly full! Just a dime size will clean your wig beautifully, products designed to help keep your wig looking fantastic for a longer period of time.

This bundle of products is very average. I would certainly never purchase this again, mainly due to the shampoo. It is much easier, especially on a wig with any length to buy a shampoo that allows soaking in lieu of washing by hand. As far as the fragrance goes, it is what I would call tolerable, but not nice. Of course fragrance is always an individual opinion. The detangler is also labeled HD on the front. So, unless, you use a lot of HD wigs, this is rather a waste of money. All in all, I have found several other synthetic wig care products that I much prefer. I would also like to know what the fuss is about the Jon Renau wig comb?

I am losing quite a bit of my hair after having gastric bypass surgery (side effect from the surgery) and was looking for something to make me look more like I used to with thicker hair. I like to wear my hair up since I live in the Florida heat. Finding these ponytails is a lifesaver to me! This product is exactly what I was looking for to help keep them in a nice condition by keeping them soft and tangle-free. This product and line is it! I will have this onhand from now on!
