1/4" Heat Shrink Tubing, 50 pcs, 4" Long, High Voltage & Temperature Rating

I am rebuilding an old fan and needed to replace 70+ year old bakelite and fabric wire with something more modern. 14 GA seemed mine, but I needed to protect the connections from potential short circuits. This seems to work well. It is thinner than my typical heat shrink tubing, but that seems to work in its favor as it was able to conform to some odd-angled connection on the old transformer. Shrank easily under the influence of a small butane torch. Is holding in place nicely.You can get far more for your money by buying a roll of this, but I do not need that much and it would only take up space on my shelf for the next thirty to forty years. This pack of 50 is much more suitable.Would recommend.

What can you say they appear to be a quality heat shrink and so far has held up well

Quality tubing that has held up to the harsh environment underneath my ATV. Easily cuts to length needed and each time I applied heat from my heat gun the tubing shrunk to secure my wiring. I’ve also used the tubing for securing zipper pull 550 cord and the tubing has held up nicely to repeated usage of the zippers on my bag. Great product!

There's an adhesive inside that activates with heat. Works really good, worth the money to keep loose ends of cord from fraying.

1/4" Heat Shrink Tubing is perfect for my applications. Rather than spending money on an assortment of shrink tube sizes (which may be fine for other folks), I almost exclusively use 1/4 inch. And this shrink tube works just fine. I am very pleased!

Doesn’t shrink down tight like it should

Perfect sized heat shrink tubing. I purchased this to replace an old kit of heat shrink tubing that I had. Item arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly. The length is correct and is more than enough to cover electrical splices safely and securely.
