It’s ok
The book does great on telling you great ways to have healthy skin. The face yoga part was hard to follow( maybe I do better visually) but most of it was tapping and not really moving the muscles. I’ve watched her videos and think I’d rather do that then follow this book.

Even better than expected!
I have been a fan of Danielle Collins face yoga for many years and have all her dvd's and follow her on Facebook and Instagram so I have been so looking forward to her book and it arrived yesterday!!! It is a beautiful book and i love the size of it! Have already looked through it and it will be so easy to use every day and can take it with when I travel. I love the way it is divided up by parts of the face which makes it easy to target areas of concern.Danielle is so positive and inspirational and I will be gifting this book to friends!!!!

Are you going to do this every day?
I want to say I loved it but I just don’t think I will use it as much as I originally thought. If you’re dead set on practicing this several times a day, every day, then this will be a good purchase. Otherwise, for a person like me, who thought that this would be a multiple times a week exercise, it’s not a good purchase.

Not worth the money, IMHO
There should be diagrams instead of pictures. Diagrams would illustrate the technical nature of what you want to do. I have had better instructions putting together a product from Ikea that was made in the Far East. Each exercise has a picture of her at the starting position. But, for some reason she then put a pink/gray background behind each. Just a waste. Then for a number of the exercises what she wants you to do lacks clarity. She clearly needs an editor who did each exercise per her instruction to see that the words are unclear.

It’s a must have book
I love this book. It is great for beginners who want to start with face yoga as much as it is perfect for people who are already familiar with it, such as myself. The instructions are simple yet very detailed, so you avoid doing the exercises the wrong way. There is a sufficient amount of explanation at the beginning of the book that make you familiar with the ways to practice and ease you in. This book is the must for anyone who wants to look radiant and beautiful and decided to prevent wrinkles and skin damage the natural way.

It works!
This is a simple yet comprehensive guide to face yoga. The book explains how to achieve a more healthy youthful face. I have been practicing these techniques and teaching them and we all love the results! Great book!

If you want to look good on the outside as well as feel wonderful on the inside:)
I love this book, its well written with illustrated pictures of the facial yoga exercises as well as description what it strengthen or does for you. I might be a little biased since I have been following Danielle for quite some time now and find her incredibly inspiring as well as I can see a huge difference in my face and my skin just feels stronger.Its also a very cute book and in a handy pocket size book which makes its easy to bring in handbag or such.Thanks Danielle for sharing your secrets x Iia

Very easy to follow, and she gives through instructions
I have followed Danielle for a few months now, and watching some of her videos, she mentioned using her book to complement the videos. For anyone who is planning on really doing Face Yoga, this book is a great buy. Sometimes we just do not want to look at a screen to make certain we are doing the movement correctly. Recommend!

A great little book.
Fantastic little book, and unlike a lot of other face yoga books, this is easy to follow and understand. I purchased this after buying the 10 minute facelift dvd (which I love...it actually works for one thing, my skin is glowing after only three weeks of daily practice, and it's so very relaxing. Lots of other face yoga methods get boring or are difficult to do...and some even left my skin looking dull and saggy! This is relaxing and effective, and also includes a 10 minute body yoga workout...a bit difficult for me as I'm very inflexible, but it's still nice to have an introduction to some basic yoga moves). There is also a 10 day video course available that explains the exercises in this book, and although the book is easy to use on its own, I highly recommend the course as it gives you a selection of 10 minute daily workouts and helps you to really understand the exercises . I highly recommend this book, the Danielle Collins method is one of the best face yoga workouts I've tried...and I've tried a lot!

Great book
This book gives so many little ways to help your face feel awake, refreshed and de-stressed as well as techniques to tone the face muscles. I have only started introducing some of the exercises but they feel amazing! So for me it’s giving yourself a mini facial every morning and that makes my skin look and feel alive which boosts confidence. If it helps lines too then what a bonus, time will tell but for now I’m enjoying the way it makes my face feel.

Good self care for the face
Clearly described techniques which, even after a week, have made me more aware of the muscles and structure of the face. Options for a few minutes and up to 50 minutes depending on your time. I manage an area or two each day, sometimes adding another in the evening, and feel the benefits already in that I’ve been able to relax my face more consciously. Really enjoying this book, very constructive and compassionate approach to self care. Thank you!

Only time cam tell ...
Difficult to write a comprehensive review on something that only the test of time will determine but what I will say is that my face looks better somehow after 3 weeks of continued use. The difficulty is that I can’t as yet put my finger on any specific change - I’m hoping that will come in time & if so I’ll happily share because I’m going to persevere & that to me is the only avenue for constructive feedback.

Why pay for surgery...
I bought this book straight after seeing Danielle on This Morning. The book is a perfect size to carry around on the go, so you can take full advantage of every spare minute to fill with a facial exercise. The exercises are easy to follow and results are quick. I like that you can target areas and mix up and personalise your own routine and it's not a chore. The price is so reasonable for the return you get - invaluable. I've been so impressed I've bought a second copy for my sister and suspect I'll be purchasing several more for my friends! Thank you Danielle, I'm so glad I stumbled across you and am now a huge fan ❤
