Disappointed - and then impressed by customer service
UPDATE: I contacted the company to ask where I could buy a replacement shade, and they sent me a whole new replacement umbrella. Changed from 1 to 4 stars.Original review: I received this umbrella less than a month ago, and it already has a hole in it. It’s not placed near anything that would even cause a hole, so I imagine there was already a small one in the fabric that has started to unravel.

Broken in less than 10 uses
This was great for the first few months but the pivot is already broken and it can no longer stand upright

Broke within a month
Well I've had this product less than a month and the top broke off. I hope to get a replacement item. But we will see.
