Not bad. Fine for home practise . I bought this hammock as a spare to practise aerial yoga at my boyfriends house . The hammock is decent with a little stretch. The straps are not the best, so I would advise buying separate daisy chains from a reputable aerial company . The carabiners look ok to me, but again , I would by these from an aerial company . The hooks for the ceiling are only suitable for concrete and not for wooden ceiling joists . So again I would prefer these to be bought from proper aerial company. Do buy this kit, but I would only really use the hammock . And it’s a good price at £49.99 as most hammocks are about £80 plus . I can’t see any difference between this hammock and the expensive hammock I bought for daily use . If you’re only using this gently then I think it’s fine . it’s your risk .

The product is of great quality and the extension straps are great. Took me a couple of times to get used to it but never having done yoga before i was quite proud of myself. I have found it great for working my abs too as i cant to sit ups due to back issues but this allows me the ability to work all my key areas without the pain. It is also great to take away on camping trips and hang it from a sturdy tree branch.

I have never used silks before so I have no other point of reference on whether these are good or not, as this is an entirely self taught hobby. My ceilings are . and they are plenty long, I can even open up the fabric to make a beautiful backdrop for when I do pole fitness. These silks do have a little bit of a stretch, like if you did a double foot lock and stepped down you'd step right on the ground. The hardware is some heavy duty stuff so i feel completely safe.

It’s high quality fabric is slightly stretchy but very comfortable. Easy to attach to carabiners and at the moment she has it attached to the beams in our garage which works really well with the daisy chain loops. She has also used it outside on a tree branch which is perfect too.

This is my first yoga swing and I'm very impressed. I'm impressed!! It comes with a nice carry bag, it's light weight but still durable. Easy to set up and very great for aerial activity. Highly recommend!

The wording of the advertisement is very misleading and is suggests this product is made from Silk. In fact, it is not. Had I understood that better, I would not have ordered it.But that aside, and now I have it, the product is very good. The quality is good and the actual usage of it is easy.So a 5 star product, marked down to 4 star because of the misleading suggestion that it is Silk.

I haven't yet used it as I'm waiting for help to drill some holes in my ceiling, but everything looks good! All that was included in the description is there, and the shipping was really fast! So far I'm really pleased with this product!
