Great Aloe Plant
This plant has already helped me with a number of burns and livened up my apartment. His name is Leaf Ericson. My only complaint would be the cheap pot, but this is an easy fix.

Horrible..
My plant was in horrible condition upon arriving. It is now just a 1 stalk small stub that should make it eventually. But it was a horrible value.

Very poorly packaged/shipped, plant was basically dead
Plant arrived loose in a box, with a paper lightly wrapped around it...and soil everywhere. Normally when receiving plants online, the grower's pot is watered, wrapped in plastic and held with rubber bands to help the plant survive the shipping. This plant was wrapped in paper without support, soil was bone dry to the touch and roots were therefore dry/exposed, and the aloe vera plant leaves were floppy and with very brown tips as if it hadn't been watered in weeks. Terrible quality and absolutely no care taken in packaging a live plant.I received a plant from a different seller at the same time and it was shipped perfectly. I didn't expect a choir of angels to sing when I opened the box, but this was egregious mishandling from a company that calls themselves House Plant Shop.

Not great condition
Description said "arrive in great condition" Didn't. Since Step 2 in care manual deals with damaged leaves and the bottom half of the first page deals with damaged plants this does not appear to be a rare occurrence. Since I purchased this for a gift I was very disappointed.

packing could have been tighter
This is small as described and am hoping it grows bigger. The packaging was a bit messy so be ready to potentially resoil right away.

plalnt arrived in excellent condition
The plant amazingly arrived in good condition in spite of the cold weather at the time. My only fear was that the tops of the plant were folded. Being basically water filled plant I was worried that it would always show the folded marks. Most of the leaves still thee the fold marks but a couple of recovered in a few weeks. If I bought it again I would hope that it did not need to be folded to fit in the box it came in.

exactly as advertised
My plant arrived wrapped up in a small box, and looks just like the one in the photo. It seems happy on my window sill, and has proven easy to care for. I originally got it because it was cheaper than aloe vera gel for sunburns, and I'm pleased I went for the real deal instead of a much pricier aloe cream.

It was okay!!!
By the time I received the plant the soil was all out of the temporary pot.. The temporary pot it came it was not stank at all for a plant.. You will definitely need more soil once transferred
