The product arrived on time, it is well packed, easy to assemble (See note below). The quality is excellent and it is comfortable during the entire day. One of the features I like most is the arms which you can lift to get closer to your desk.Note: The instructions tell to put the support brackets first on the seat, but it makes harder to line up the holes to the back. But if you place the brackets first on the back, it makes easy for you to line up the bracket with the holes in the seat with one hand while you place the screw with the other. (Leave the screws lose to allow movement of the brackets and tight the screws once all 8 are in place)

I hate this chair. Not comfortable for extended use. No adjustability other than up and down and the silly lumbar balloon. Arm rests are too high ergonomically and just plain comfort too. No neck/head rest or support.Yes I knew the features of the chair from the descriptions but I did a lot of research and this chair was supposed to be great for people with neck problems. It is definitely not. I don’t recommend this chair for anyone. You should be aware of your body’s ergonomic needs and provide them... otherwise you might end up like me with painful spinal problems.

Went together easily and I really like the flip up arms. I would have to take apart again and see if I could get it straighter - the right side is a bit higher than the left but I could probably fix that.The big problem is the seat bottom's padding is very thin. It seems ok for a 1/2 hour or so but for extended used it's like sitting on a board, just where my spine meets it. Gives me pains lasting in to the next day, when I have to sit on it again.I guess good will will like it though. :(

Great office chair... looks and feels awesome. Sturdy and silent. The wheels roll with ease on wood floor. Great purchase price

This is a very nice chair. It was easy to assemble, it is made from good quality material and its comfortable.The only negative is the odd pump for the lumbar support. It's an air pump ball and tube that hangs off the back of the chair. I feel like there has to be a better way to incorporate it into the design... It looks odd hanging off the back and our cats think it's a toy.

I have retired and my hobbies keep me in front of computers. Assembly time was in the minutes. The chair moves between machines with ease and provides back support in the proper places. It appears that the build quality will provide years of service.

For the price these chairs are very flimsy. They rock to the point of feeling like it's going to fall apart or snap. We purchased 2 of them and both have the same flimsy feeling. It seems as if they got worse over the 3-4 months we've had them. Now too far past to return or we would. The chairs themselves are fine, but the support is awful. The hydraulics constantly fail and the chair slowly drops to it's lowest position. I would not recommend these chairs to anyone! We've purchased a couple different chairs since and it's a huge difference.
