Q: Is this okay to use for Koi fish?

I read its safe for all fish. Not safe for snails or shrimp.

Q: Will it help me get rid of hydras?

Yes, apparently fenbendazole, the active ingredient of Fish Bendazole, does kill hydras.

Q: Will this get rid of detritus worms?

There is no reason to use chemicals on detritus worms. They’re beneficial to the aquarium and can be kept under control by properly stocking your tank, not overfeeding, and cleaning up dead plant matter.

Q: Can you use this with repashy' s food gel premix?

I am not sure, but I was able to dissolve (doesn't dissolve easy) ina small amount of water and dose the tank directly. Killed the nematodes and planaria that were infesting my tank. Love this stuff!!
