Great kit!
This kit has everything you need when working on puzzle and to transport it home when traveling. I used the kit for vacation. At home I have a puzzle table but highly recommend this kit.

It's okay
The size was good but doesn't totally keep the puzzle pieces from breaking apart when rolling it up. It also was folded so the crease were annoying since the puzzle pieces couldn't lay flat.

Securely Saves Puzzle Progress
This puzzle mat works great for securely rolling up and storing a puzzle in progress, without messing anything up. We’ve been using ours for years, and just ordered one for my mom. We have the largest size which easily holds a 2000 piece puzzle, and barely holds a 3000 piece puzzle. It has line markings and measurements for several different size puzzles. The line markings with puzzle dimensions really come in handy for knowing where to place edges when starting a puzzle. I haven’t tried rolling up a 3000 piece puzzle, so I can’t say how well that works. But I have successfully rolled 2000 piece puzzles in progress and stored them in the bag, and then unrolled later with no shifting of pieces. Just make sure you use the included Velcro cover sheet and straps. The one downside of using the felt mat is that it’s difficult to move pieces or sections around because they won’t slide. You just have to make sure that you try to line things up correctly as you’re building if you don’t start from an edge.

Mixed feelings
I purchased this mat after losing progress on a few puzzles to my husband 'carefully' moving them from the table... I have mixed feelings about it. I like having a storage solution for my puzzle, but dislike using the felt mat.Pros: this mat is easy to use and pretty simple in design. It lays flat for the most part. I like the guide marks on the mat to help with edge placement. Pieces are generally in the same spot after rolling and unrolling the mat. The inflatable tube is easy to use.Cons: you can't slide pieces or chunks of pieces AT ALL while putting your puzzle together. You have to pick the whole chunk up and reassemble it where you want it. After unrolling the puzzle, you'll have to reconnect a bunch of pieces--it just takes a minute, but they definitely buckle when rolling it up.Overall, I'll continue to use this mat because I don't have a separate puzzle table anywhere in the house. I've completed two puzzles on it so far--maybe it just takes getting used to?

Great Way To Store Your Puzzle
When this arrived the mat was folded, which would have buckled the puzzle and made it hard to keep flat....so I ironed it under a towel and it flattened great. I did maybe a third of the puzzle (1000 pieces) the first day and rolled it up. I've never used something like this so I took my time and was very careful to keep everything as even as possible and store gently in the bag keeping it flat. When I unrolled it, a little corner had come away from the puzzle but stayed in tact so it was easy enough to put back in place. The puzzle pieces do not slide and stay in place pretty well once placed. I will say that if your puzzle pieces are older or not great quality (meaning 1/2 the puzzle is still together or you need to separate pieces when it's new), then the edges might be a little tough on the felt, but I had no problem at all. I am happy with this purchase and recommend.

Works great!
This mat works great for storing your in-progress puzzles. I was in the process of putting away a completed puzzle, when this mat arrived, and I decided to try it out. There is a before rolling and after rolling picture, and they look exactly the same, because the pieces did not move at all. The inflatable roll comes with the hand pump, but I just used our portable air pump and it was much faster with less exertion. 😄The puzzle shown is 1000 pieces, and if it was complete, it would easily fit. Overall I would recommend this mat!

Good product - needs some adjustments
I bought the large (gray) version. It came with the felt mat, extra fabric, pump, tube, carrying case, and straps as listed in the description.Pros: Printed border lines are great for helping place pieces, and the felt keeps pieces from sliding all over the place while working. Being able to roll the puzzle up mid-progress and store it is super helpful.Cons: The straps are about an inch too short to be effective. It's a wrestling match trying to pull the end far enough through the loop to fasten it back on itself, and it squeezes the rolled tube quite a bit.If you're working on the largest size puzzle, the extra sheet just barely covers it, and when rolled, border pieces that aren't attached to bigger puzzle sections tend to move around/fall out at the edge, which requires some reassembly.Takeaway: if the straps were a bit longer, this would be a 5 star product
