Missed the note of only one in the package so at a very expensive price I had to order another as a pair were urgently needed. Why only sell one?

I use these in my trainers, as most of the modern trainers don't have a solid heel, under the insole the heel is empty apart from a few thin bits, if you use these it makes the trainers last twice as long, because your heel doesn't squash the heel. They can also be moved to another pair heh the soles have worn out.

Does what it says and it works

These heel lifts have been such a relief, I have one leg slightly shorter, which gives me such a bad back, and these were just the right depth. They did not move around in my shoes, stayed put, so I would recommend.

Tengo que llevar alza por temas físicos y era una locura andar cambiando de unos zapatos a otros.Estas alzas tienen una muy buena calidad, forradas en un cuero suave y con un gran detalle, una pequeña pieza adhesiva para que no se desplace el alza por el zapato con lo incómodo que es esto cuando ocurre.
