These plates are a god send if you are, trying to lose weight. They are well portioned and do help to maintain your ability to stick to a diet regime. Lovely design that also helps you to make every meal count !!! With Protien, Carbs and speed food sections and ideas already printed on the plate I find very helpful. They are well made and are dishwasher safe. Also very strong. I dropped one off the counter in my kitchen and it just bounced!!!! Well worth the money spent.

There was a delay with my delivery - nothing to do with the seller and yes with the delivery company.The plate is good but bigger than I imagined. To be honest, I tried using the plate for a few days but it accommodates a bigger portion of food than what I am used to (bariatric surgery).

I love this plate! The design is great, really helpful when you’re trying to eat sensibly & keep an eye on portion sizes. I like all the ideas for foods in the different groups and the colourful way they are presented make it attractive as well as practical. Good quality, feels like it will be hard wearing and was delivered promptly. Very happy with this & would definitely recommend to anyone trying to lose weight or just eat sensibly
