This supplement contains B12 in the methylcobalamin form, B6, and Folate. I bought this for my mother to increase the effectiveness of the TMG we are giving her to treat Alzheimer's. We also give her a magnesium supplement in the l-threonate form. This form of magnesium is the only one that gets past the blood/brain barrier. Did not do anything for me

i don't really want to review this product because i have noticed no change with its consumption, as i normally would with a high potency b-complex. perhaps i was in error because of the b-12 emphasis.

I wasn't sure if these were helping with my depression but Ive been suffering from a foul mood for a little over a week now and I couldn't figure out why. It just dawned on me that I ran out of my vitamin b-12 about 2 weeks ago. I'm ordering another bottle right now.

Hi, Did not realize these to be a capsule. (I hate swallowing pills) so for that reason I did not care for. But I opened the bottle before reading.So I am stuck.
