I originally asked to refund and return this product almost immediatelyBut later wrote back:I really appreciate that your response was to refund my money without hassle or complication.But I don’t want you to anymore - lol It’s taken a fair amount of flower stock and patience and watching stupid YouTube videos and reading general literature that’s often poorly written and counterintuitive – to learn About rosin presses.&after educating myself as much as possible to what is a fairly simple process - when broken down from the very beginning like an idiot needed -I concluded It’s a bangin pressyour product is great, the machine works without a doubt and what I have yielded was what I hoped it would be. Not quite oozing THC from between the plates onto the floor but — hey I still would suggest strongly that you make the manual much more clear and you add pictures of what things should look like along with a written description; engage many human senses as possible.It’s a proven learning strategy.And come on put a valid contact information section on the manual – getting a return email from a given email address is LameThere is also no mention of several things - all parts and pieces need helpful & visually accurate info in the manualIt should also contain ALL the parts pieces and information included. ( like what those two little free floating fuses are). Hummm?&Get something online that demonstrates how your machine works – I found everything from any competitor you may have -but I found nothing on this machine As stated prior- make this press something that someone who is very knowledgeable can use and enjoy right away & also make it just as accessible to someone that doesn’t have a clue -so that they can get to the level they need to to enjoy your productUltimately thank you for your apologetic fast response to refund this press&also thank you for making some thing that got me curious (stubbornly invested in) - it’s actually been a lot of fun.It was a great price !! (until I had to use so much product to figure out I just needed to let it cool. I mean basic stuff man... just let the idiots in on it - ) But from what I could tell trying to find information and looking on the web it was A very fair price. So if you don’t mind keeping my money I’ve like to keep the press. I’d also like to addendum the online review, the beginning customer service was so horrible but the ending and the conclusion of buying the press was positive and I’m glad I invested in It

You don't get the yield as said on another review. Which is what I had went on when I purchased. It works but nowhere as well as said.
