It's fine -- but it was much harder than i expected. It's like butter from the fridge even at room temperature.

mother loved it. she used on a burn. said it helped. tough to work with but once on it did seem to help.

Where Is it?
The product is so tiny (.85 oz is claimed but the picture on the Amazon site leads you to believe it is huge!). Not! I threw away the box (among other stuff) that this came in, thinking box empty, but later found it, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down on the bottom of the Amazon box.Pros: the product works for small topical applications. It is quite dense and the spread can be bigger if the balm is slightly warmed up a bit prior to application. Smells great.Cons: I expected a larger size, more spreadable product, more of a propolis crème than a small balm.Bottom line: seems to work on very targeted skin issues and infections, but much less expensive propolis products available for larger skin ailments.
