Bought this because the plug on the charging cable for my hotspot was a bit loose in the jack, and examination revealed the cable was the problem. This fit snugly onto that cable, and plugs solidly into the hotspot. Charging problem solved, and that's what I needed! That and the extra length makes it fit better where I set it when in use.

Works as advertised, I’ve only had the cable one month so I can’t speak for the longevity.

I'm totally blind, I wasn't for sure what they meant when they said right angle cable over the up/down cable. So I got one of each. Basically the right angle cable if you have the Male C connector going Left/Right! This will then come out the side of it. The up/down cable the cable again if you have the male going Left/Right will then come up the top or the bottom of it. So what one you need will depend on how the Female C port is on your computer and how you want to use it. In my case, the Male C port goes up/down as far as length. So the Right angle is what I want. This away when I plug that end in my computer the cable then hang down the front of the computer and not out towards the side of it. At that point, I could plug my high speed USB C Thumb drive on the other end of the cable and that puts it right down in front of the intake fan for my computer tower. The thumb drive gets hot when transfering lots of data after a few minutes when transfering 20 plus Giga byte of data per minute and sometimes over 40 Giga byte per minute. So this keeps the drive some sticking out and also keep the drive cool being it has air moving over it and being the drive is cool! It is able to aintain the high data transfer speed. Even then; The drive isn't running flat out yet being my computer processor is only PCIe 3.0, so I'm being limited by that. The board will support 3.0 and 4.0. But the board slows down to support the processor ability.

Best feature of this USB C cable is the right angle connector allowing the cable to hug the right (or left) edge of the laptop. Doesn't compete with a mouse for space on the desktop or a portable laptop support/platform. This extension cable if left attached also reduces the physical wear on the laptop port connector as the cable connector absorbs such use. Most, if not all laptop USB ports are a solder mounted jack on the system board and means major surgery if this port connector fails needing replacement... and IT CAN with enough use. Durability / reliability as expected so far and most likely should continue. Overall, a good extension cable now performing as expected

Wound up being a little large for the BMW K1600GTL phone area but it does what it is intended to do.

This cable is so stiff that it feels more like a tube than a cable. The amount of force needed to “mold” it is ridiculous. I would rather return it, but I need it urgently.

The USB-C outlet in my new car is located right in the center of the console just below the climate controls and digital display screen. Everytime I want to charge the phone or connect to the car's Android Auto system, the usb cable sticks straight up. Not only is it unsightly, but it gets in the way of everything. This short, 90 degree cable solves the problem and is almost unnoticeable. The connection is solid/tight, charging time is exactly the same, and data transfer from phone to the onboard Android Auto system is fast and reliable. I intend to buy more of these for other usb connections in the house too. Great cable!!!!
