An Instant Classic!
Mairlyn Smith is a national treasure. She's hilarious, really personable, and super knowledgeable. I used to watch her on Harrowsmith, long before cityline. I gifted this book to my mother in law, friends, and family this christmas. The layout and photos are luscious and tantalizing. The recipes are fantastic. There isn't a bad one in the entire book. For a delicious change of pace, try the falafel and tahini, it's a no fail crowd pleaser. The soups and stews are hearty mothwatering fare. I have 4 of her previous cookbooks, and have gifted them to others because they are soooo good. I faithfully watch her channel on youtube for ideas, tips, and just entertainment value. Mairlyn is a lovely Canadian gem, I was so thrilled to discover her books here on amazon in the u.s.

Love this cookbook
I don't order many cookbooks, but this is the best written one I've ever read, and the images are so pretty. Marilyn is a funny, down to earth woman who emits a warm and friendly vibe and her recipes look amazing and not intimidating to make. Looking forward to making these recipes

Great recipes
I’ve made about a dozen recipes so far and they’ve all been delicious and full of healthy fiber! Highly recommend.I paid for this book myself and own dozens of cookbooks. This one is getting more use than all the rest.

Lovely gift
This made for a really lovely gift for my father and I jotted down some of the recipes for myself after a flick through before wrapping up. Well written recipes and a little something for everyone in there.

This is a great cookbook and full of delicious and healthy recipes. I only purchased it a week ago and have already made several of the recipes. I can highly recommend this cookbook.

Great recipes
Excellent easy to follow. Lots of useful tips. Highly recommended. Just out of hospital advised to follow fibre diet. Will do so and look forward to better health.
