I'm really happy with these Ethernet wall plates! They work perfectly, were super easy to install, and seem very well-built. The design is clean, and they’ve made my setup look more organized. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable wall plate solution!

Pretty great, except that one port on the several of these items I purchased very easily disconnected from the main housing during normal installation handling. The connection thereafter was quite intermittent; I used some tape to tightly hold the components together, but I now cannot trust that connection. A little more toughness would have been appreciated; minus one star for this reason.

I was thrilled to find these available on Amazon since they are hard to find for some reason. I used these for running a hard line from the first floor to the upstairs computer room during a remodel and it was much easier to just buy a 100-ft network cable with pre-installed ends and run it through the open walls and then just plug into the back of these wall plates. Also allowed for easy testing prior to getting everything closed up and the wall plate screwed in.Quality was very good on these and included all hardware needed to install. It was as simple as cutting the hole in the wall, installing the box, running the network cable into the box, plugging the cable into the Cat6 RJ45 insert and screwing the plate into the box. Easy peasy.Highly recommended that you purchase these versus the standard ones where you need to seperate wires and use the tool to press them into the correct slots and hope it all works.

These wall panels are perfect in every way. The right price. The right fit. The right connections. I had already prepped the walls for these panels ahead of time, so when they arrived, it was just a matter of connecting the ethernet cables, and screwing them into the drywall. Total time, about 2 minutes. I now have a nice clean ethernet connection from the family room (Where the modem/router is), to my office. No more relying on wifi.There is no speed reduction on these plates. No throttling. No idea what that other reviewer was doing, but he was wrong. I've attached screenshots showing my speedtest results both before and after connecting my system through these wall plates. You can plainly see that the speed did not go down, at all. Heck, through the magic of variability of internet connections, it went UP! (The 857mbps speed was AFTER running through these plates).You cannot go wrong with these.
