Motorcycle riding sneaker

Nicely designed, good quality boots.
I've never ridden a motorcycle in my entire life (and I don't think I ever will) but these boots really caught my eye in a good way. Of course these are riding shoes, but they're perfectly fine for casual use. What you see on Amazon's photos (or mine) is what you'll get, but I'll post some details that I think are worth mentioning.First: the size and weight. These shoes run big. Make sure to order half a size down. I'm 9, ordered 8.5 and they feel right (but I think they would feel right even on 8). Believe me, they run big. And they're weighty, yes, but comfortable at the same time.Second, the design. The ankle guard's height runs above average. I'd say 5-6 centimeters above the ankle. They look really good, but if you're a small guy, I don't recommend using them with short pants because you will look even smaller. Another thing to mention is the outsole. It doesn't look perfectly white because it's been given a smoked, scuffed look. So don't worry, your new shoes haven't been used. It's just the way they've been designed.Third, the materials. The shoes are sturdy and well built without feeling stiff. At first sight, I thought the leather was actually rubber, but nop. It's part of the process that gives the leather waterproof features. Finally, I've read some reviews noting that the fabric rings that hold the shoe laces are very weak, but at least in my case, they look perfectly fine and firm.Fourth: waterproof. As you can see on my photos, the tongue is not separated from the upper portion of the shoe and the laces are covered by strips of leather. So, yes these shoes are quite waterproof and can stand against some heavy rain.Fifth: the price. I think the price I paid ($95) is a great deal for the quality of these shoes. Even at $110, it's well spent money. So, in short, I feel very satisfied with these shoes. Quality is great, design is attractive, price was good. I'm pretty sure they will last me for a long time. Too bad I don't have a motorcycle, but at least I got the shoes!

Suprisingly Spacious
When I first looked at this boot my immediate thought was that it was going to be too narrow for my feet. Wow....was I wrong! I have a wide foot and this boot was so comfortable it was unbelievable when i first fitted it. Quality of finish simply outstanding. Great product....I definitely recommend!

Use common sense.....
Overall these boots seem pretty well put together and are pretty comfortable. Although these boots are a medium width they do run a bit wide. If you wear a wide width order your regular size and they will fit fine. I don't understand how people are ripping the cloth eyelets out. They aren't metal eyelets so common sense should tell you not to pull like hell on the laces when tightening them up. Take your time and snug one eyelet set at a time. I have other had boots with this set up and have never broken an eyelet. I'd call operater error on this, not defective boots.....

Don't believe the negative reviews..
These shoes are perfect for riding. They have ankle protection, are waterproof, and they look good!People have been talking about the quality being poor... No idea what they're on about because the quality matches the price. Very solid materials.I started off with harley boots that sort of resembled sneakers, but they were zip up. They were a pain to put on and take off constantly, so I returned them and opted in for these. Couldn't be happier.

SHOE LACE TAP... BAD QUALITY
They are comfortable, but! Not even a week passed of use and it broke the shoe lace tap. Sad how an expensive pair of shoes and bad quality in details.I thought this was a special case but I can see now many reviews this is something common, I would have thought twice if known this before.

All in all it’s a great boot or (shoe)
My wife and I bought them recently for our upcoming motorcycle rally and we both liked the boot very much The width on the boot is not wide but it was OK and wore them every day of the rally I would recommend them they’re stylish and look good

Comfortable shoe but poor quality
Lace loops tore from boots after wearing 6 times, can't get warranty repair and past return date. For some reason they run just over 1 size to big. Wouldn't recommend.
