Estoy tan contenta de haber encontrado estas charolas! Tienen el tamaƱo perfecto para mi estufa. Me encanta el relieve que tienen porque siento que hace que las galletas queden un poquito levantadas y se doren mejor (aunque tal vez es solo mi percepciĆ³n).

Not good for roasting
Great quality and if you want a pan that doesnāt brown food or crisp, this is your pan. Not what I wanted so returned for regular flat Nordicware. Tried roasted vegetables - they never carmelized. Tried cookies and they cookies so slow that they spread too much and ended up flat. Would be good for cakes.

Make sure you receive all items ordered!
The pan that we received is great BUT we ordered the 2 back with large and small pan AND ONLY RECEIVED SMALL PAN!! I thought the large pan was coming separately so I threw away packaging so unfortunately I cannot return it. š«
