GREAT BAG AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I purchased a bag and loved it and still do. The strap started coming loose: I notified customer service. They said it had a Lifetime warranty and were mailing me a brand new bag immediately without me returning my current one. This is absolutely outstanding customer service that I don’t find many places today.

One of the best leather waistpacks I've ever had... except for the buckle.
I have had this waistpack for six months, and I am (mostly) very happy with it. I've been wearing a similar leather waistpack almost daily for about 20 years, and have run through quite a few of them. (I find it handy to keep all my "pocket stuff" in one of these, and if I'm out hiking or on a search and rescue operation, and it starts raining hard, I can throw it in my pack to keep stuff in it dry. My only quibble is with the buckle. After five months, when I bent over, the buckle would unbuckle. I think it's probably a defect in this imitation-YKK-side-release buckle. I've not had this problem with YKK buckles in the past. I thought about simply replacing the buckle, but… ZZNICK decided to use a non-standard 1.25" webbing for the belt. The webbing is very nice, and it's embroidered with their name. And I think that they are right in that 1.25" is just the right size for such a waistpack's belt. However, nobody sells YKK or even similar replacement 1.25" buckles retail. (Standard black tent webbing sizes are 0.75", 1", 1.5", and 2", as are retail buckles.) I ended up replacing the entire belt with 1.5" black nylon tent webbing, and a gen-u-ine YKK buckle, but I used one of the low-profile center-push ones, as it creates less of a pressure point under a pack waistbelt. Also… if you look at the picture… I arranged the strap the way buckle manufacturers expect you to load webbing into the buckle. This makes it easy to quickly pull on the loose end and tighten if it's starting to fall down. And, I therefore attached the end of the webbing to the Triglide so that it's easy to pull this a bit loose, and then loosen the buckle as per the manufacturer's instructions, if it's too tight. I wish every company that made these waistpacks would design their belts this way. *** Update: after a couple of months, the center-press buckle was a failure. It never failed when I leaned over, but it failed about 5-10 times when I leaned up against a kitchen counter or rock. I have replaced it with 1" webbing and a 1" YKK brand side-release buckle. (The 1.5" YKK side-release buckle was too bulky.) I also moved the buckle closer to the pack itself, so that it's easier to reach. I will report back on this in another couple of months.

High Quality, Top Notch Fanny Packs & Superlative Customer Service!
After all has been said and done with my particular order, I've come to regard both the inherent design and resultant quality of these leather fanny packs as exceeding those I've purchased in the past, whether of lesser or greater cost. They are well-stiched, nicely laid out and overall incredibly roomy and organized without being overly combersome-looking as some fanny packs tend to look. But that was not my first impression. Indeed, after researching scores of different fanny packs, I decided to patronize this seller. Product specs and particularly product reviews all seemed to suggest the product would be high quality and, should I ever have any issues with it, the company was only a quick message away, and would stand ready to make things right.Ultimately, the product (which was a Christmas gift) arrived clearly exhibiting what appeared to be a cosmetic defect. An unsightly issue which seemed to have been clearly caused during either the manufacturing or packaging processes at the factory, and seemingly not due to any shipping damage leading up to and including delivery. And yet, while I could have reported this to Amazon, I felt given the company's seemingly sincerely crafted lifetime guarantee included in the product listing, that they would actually want to hear about this firsthand and have a speedy and direct opportunity to resolve the issue. So, after exchanging a few messages and pictures, the company was extraordinarily quick to set me at ease that they would expedite a replacement without me having to go to any further trouble during this busy holiday time, and ultimately shipped a satisfactory replacment.Throughout the entire time we were in communication with one another, I found their representatives to be highly congenial, exceedingly professional, very responsive and painstakingly thorough in resolving this issue. And, ultimately, the replacement unit met my original expectations and so now I felt confident in gifting it free from defects. That said, if you're not only looking for a top-flight fanny pack but also looking for a company who will stand behind their written quality guarantee should it ever become necessary to unvoke it, I'd wholeheartedly recommend checking them out!

Super nice and large, but TOO long
This is a nice-looking, large fanny pack with lots of space and pockets. The band is way too long for a small woman, because even when adjusted to its smallest size, it is still far too wide for a small person's waist. Unless you want to use this as a cross-body, this would suit a man better!
