Flexible Bowl Scraper for Bakers/Sourdough Recipe, Brotform Rising Making Round Baked Crispy Dough Crust Boules Loaf

I bought one of these on a whim a year or so ago and find myself using this more often than any scrapers I own (i won MANY!). My passion is bread making and the flexibility of this scraper is so nice to remove dough from bowls as well as for folding wet doughs on the bench. I have since bought 3 more. Highly recommend this scraper!

My lady received it. I don't know that she has used it yet.
