Quality blue and white lamp
I have been looking for the perfect lamp to achieve a traditional look for a new piece of furniture I purchased for my kitchen. The blue is a beautiful darker shade of blue but definitely not navy. The brass color is perfect and it looks WAY more expensive than the reasonable price it is. I am so happy with this purchase and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful blue and white lamp. The shade is nice as well. Not lined but still nice.

Too small to go with the Jonathan Y ginger jar lamp
Nice lamp. It did come with a damaged(bent) knob/switch, but the only time that has happened with the several Jonathan Y lamps I have purchased and it still works fine. I did want to note that it is much too small to be a pair with the ginger jar lamp featured as “frequently bought together.”

Lamp base is nice but the lampshade is very cheap material
The base is very nice but the lampshade is very cheap material. Most lamps in this brand seem to have the same type of lampshade. The lamp also isn't quite tall enough for the table it's on, so I replaced it with a new lamp in a different brand.

Great lamp and trick to putting together
At first I had the same problem the other reviewer did I could not get that brass part to come down over the night. I don’t think the directions make this clear.I almost returned this lamp and then I looked at it more closely and realize that you actually have to screw the brass part down over the nut. You just keep turning and turning and it goes down and locks into place. It’s a beautiful lamp and hope this helps others!
