It is so sturdy, the straps are strong and the adjusters don't slide on their own. They stay in place.

I have tried many packbacks before, but a backpack with the horizontal zipper is the first time I have ever seen. This allows me to pack a lot of things in its spacious room. Other backpacks tend to be very bulky and will make you look like a turtle or a hard-core nerd (which also negatively affects your posture), this one is different probably in part due to the unique zipper design. I can comfortably store my MacBook Pro 16" with some vertical space left. The packback can fit around 2 A5 notebooks vertically. I haven't figured out the practical use of this extra top space, but it would be great if you pack clothes in it since they can stack vertically while your laptop, notebooks or documents can't. I have used it daily for about 6 months and I can tell it's very durable, that's very impressive for its low price.

Nearly everything about this is perfect for me; size, internal capacity, battery pocket, exterior pockets plus comfort & fit are all great! I also really like the way it looks and that it basically holds its form (doesn't collapse into a pile of cloth) when I empty it. Two things I'd want to change: where the battery charging cord fits into the plastic holder is too loose (!). I had to tape it in place or I would've had to have had one hand inside the bag (while full) and the other hand outside to make sure I could plug in my charging cord for my phone. The other thing is that the top zippers are a little difficult to 'start' when the lid is fully unzipped. It's just a little cumbersome to get the zippers started zipping up the top when they're at the start of the zipper. I gave this 4 stars and really like it. I recommend it, but I'd be prepared to use some tape if you want to use a battery charger.

I bought this backpack back in June of 2020 and it has been great ever since. All the straps are still in tact, zippers work great and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. People are genuinely surprised when I tell them it was a $25 backpack off Amazon.

Looks nice in person. Used it to go hiking, when I put in the water the pack felt heavy but once on it didn’t feel heavy. Had lots of space and sturdy zippers and straps. The battery pack area is odd but all in all great backpack.
