As I Am Double Butter Rich Daily Moisturizer, 16 Ounce

This is the ONLY product/brand that has actually rid my scalp of severe dryness and dandruff. I tried it back in 2018 when I had curls and loved it then. Then I cut my hair and completely forgot about this cream since I stopped using any hair products. The severe Dandruff and dry scalp came back and for years I went back to trying different brands & products, none of which were effective. I’d get minimal results with some but most would make it flare up even more. To my surprise I found the jar I used back in 2018 and used it. The smell and consistency were off (not horribly) as expected but believe it or not, it still worked after first use. That let me know this is a quality product, so I bought a new one and will be using it. It has a mild pleasant smell and consistency is soft. It makes my hair shine but isn’t greasy, and it’s water based (first ingredient) which is most important to retain any moisture. This cream is the truth! I really hope they don’t change the formula. I use this along with their dry scalp Cowash.

I’ve been looking for a nice cream to braid my hair up. This is lovely. It smells nice, and it isn’t too thick or too fragrant where I feel I’ll be chased by bees lol.It’s not too expensive and came right on time. It had a thick safety sticker on it to keep it from leaking/ spilling during shipping. It’s moisturizing and helped me to detangle my hair before plaiting it up for the week.My hair is coarse when it’s too dry or not maintained (mental health). This cream takes it from coarse to supple and back to ringlets in minutes. Type 4a in the front and back, 4b in the crown. I love it and have no complaints. Will be buying many more times over.

Love this As I Am Double Butter Hair Cream! I finally found a product to hydrate my fine, 4C hair. This definitely hydrates and softens my hair at first application. The consistency is perfect--not too thick or thin. The scent is mild and pleasant. I am happy with this product and highly recommend.

Gave my hair the added moisture I was looking for ,worked well with other products and never left residue, not greasy and very thick

This moisturizer works wonders for my hair. I just used it for the first time a few days ago on my hair is never felt so nourished being natural. I've been natural for years now but I just felt like I never could find the moisturizer to really nourish my hair. I found out that I have low porosity hair. I googled moisturizers for low porosity hair and this popped up. I absolutely love this product! My hair feels so smooth and soft.

My fav, keeps my hair soft and hydrated. And it's always cheaper on Amazon than in the store. Curls always soft but not greasy. I use it after I shower wen my hair is a bit damp from the steam. And of course on wash day. Great for colored hair as well. Started using on my loose natural hair and even with my locs, also for my gwambby hair who has really dry hair.

Absolutely love this moisture for my hair. I have 3C fine hair and this gives the moisture to my hair and doesnt weigh my hair down.. The moisture lasts 3 days. I usually mist my hair in the morning and then apply this moisture. This is the best stuff that I have found. It works well with Aunt Jessies and Kinky Curly.

Doesn’t moisturize but not sure if hair “butter” is supposed to. No chemical burn or smell. Doesn’t irritate my scalp but does hold my hair in place! It’s thick but thins in the palms of your hands for application.
