I don't usually write reviews but I literally received a hand written thank you note and request to consider writing a review from Jennifer Marquiss, Co-Owner of the business. I only started using Ginseng this year (2020) and have noticed a big improvement in energy, work out stamina, and mental clarity and endurance during long days of concentrating. Since this is the first and only Ginseng I am using, I don't have others to compare to but I do know this particular product definitely works for me. Pricing is good, packaging is high quality, and the owner took the time to follow up. (That part was impressive!) I'll keep this one as my brand. A good investment for energy and immune system. I noticed an improved in energy. It shortens my cold. I came down with a cold and it lasted only for one day. I also use it in conjunction with a Vie Light PBM to keep my immune system strong. I would research on PubMed and the internet for ginseng's benefits since are lot of data. As for a slim individual, I notice I can get a little more impatient when I first started using it. If you don't consume caffeine, ginseng can act as a stimulant. I only take one capsule in the morning. If you are an anxious or vata type according to Ayurveda, I would pay attention closely to it and take one capsule in the morning only. I take it for four days of the week and then go off for three days to clear out the system. Price-wise, it's reasonable.

I've been using these off and on for a few months, nothing bad has happened, not sure if I noticed any increase performance or energy. Then again, I did lose over 30 lb. These were part of a regimen of diet and exercise. So, I'm not sure if they played much of a role or not, but I continue to buy them and use them.

I've been a Ginseng user for over 20 years. This is the best Ginseng I've ever had by far!I take it everyday, 8-10 months out of the year. Your body needs a break so taking ginseng everyday, all year is not recommended.Anyway, I notice I took a booster with this product. It's real with no garbage fillers.It works and does what it is supposed to. It gives me an all day boost from 2 in the morning. I waited a few weeks before I wrote this review in case I was imagining the difference from my usual Walgreens bought ginseng. But I sold. This product rocks! Def recommend to all.I've tried a few here on Amazon and I'll be ordering more of this ginseng in about 10 more days.Thank you;
