Are these dyes more opaque or translucent?

Mine arrived and are completely opaque. I can't find anything on the label that says translucent on the product that arrived at my door, and I just mixed two drops of the red into 20 mL of resin and it's a solid color, not able to see through it at all.

Is this alcohol ink ?

No, it is not. Alcohol ink is totally different. If the bottle does not have alcohol ink written on it, then it is not alcohol ink.

Is this better for two part resin or UV resin?

This liquid pigment dye is better for two part resin, a little could go a long way!
