I was excited about receiving this item after reading some good reviews and learning how it works. I wasn’t expecting it to cool an entire room but mainly for night purposes. (My roommate and I didn’t agree on temperatures to keep the house)I needed something to keep me cool throughout the night.So the first week of me using the product, I couldn’t have been happier! It was easy and simple. I would even add little ice in to make it even cooler.But then after the first week, it wasn’t blowing the water out as effectively.I followed the instructions and didn’t fill it up all the way (only about 3/4) and I would clean the inside with a tooth brush like it advises.It worked a day later after cleaning but then shortly the water spraying part stopped all together. So I’d go back and re-clean it along with using distilled water. It just didn’t work.I couldn’t find a way to get inside to seeing if anything was stuck or why it stopped, but that’s no way to really take it apart.So I cut my losses and decided to go ahead and return it since it was no longer working.After trying to return it, I had to pay for the shipping which ended up being nearly half the price as the product itself even though it wasn’t even working.In the long run, I lost money and didn’t get the product to stay working after 2 weeks of use. I’m a bit disappointed since I had high hopes for it and did everything like it says to.It didn’t last as long as I thought it was going to.

I don't write many reviews, especially for Chinese products but damn it. I feel obligated to write this so anyone in this world suffering like I was... This is a godsend. Works perfectly and cools me off. My room is right above the garage and can get hot and humid even with the central air on. This has saved me from many arguments with my wife. We actually get along now. I think the heat played a huge role. We actually remember why we married one another. I emailed the Ellen show and told them to withdraw my submission to come on the show as a "troubled marriage". We're so happy now that I asked my wife the other night where we should go out and she replied she doesn't care. So I picked and she was actually cool with my choice. Before, she'd complain about every choice I'd make until she'd finally pick somewhere to eat. I'm gonna keep buying this fan every paycheck. I'm getting ice delivered now. Every room and every vehicle will have one of these.

I expected more out of this product & i just can't seem to fully like itit does what it's supposed to do but expectations are my own...i didn't like the area where you put the ice as it is too small and you are limited to how much space you can pull out. it is not able to accept standard ice from refrigerator ice. we had to buy those small plastic ice maker that you put in the freezer

This does put out cooler air. It’s like have a essential oils defuser with a fan. It’s a small cloud of mist with a fan behind it. If you are directly in front of it within 12”, it’s great. Water drips from the directional fins and most of it makes its way into the drip tray and back into the tank.

These reviews are obviously the seller’s friends/family. So here’s an honest one. Does it work? Kinda. Is it worth the price? No. It’s essentially a fan that, when cold water is added to the basin, it somehow mists the water in front of the fan causing the fan to blow the mist at you. Is it noticeably colder than with the “AC” function off? Yes, it is. But it may be the same as a handheld mister effect. It’s just that with this you don’t have to keep pumping it. Will it cool a small room like these broken English reviews claim? Hell no. It definitely won’t do that. But you can probably set it on a table in front of you for small relief. All in all, save the $50 and fan yourself with a newspaper.

I recently bought this for my desktop at work as it's starting to get really warm and I have no a/c. This device is small, very compact and hardly takes up any space on my desk. I've been using the cooling feature with regular cold water and add water once during the day. It's really helping to keep me cool and I hope it keeps it up as it gets warmer.

I was actually surprised by this product! I purchased this to keep beside me in my home office. My computer keeps my room really hot but this product helps to keep me comfortable throughout the day! The customer service was great as well I had some issues with the first one I purchased and after contacting the seller they sent me another in less than a week I am very pleased.

This product is exactly what they tell you to expect. It works in a small capacity. It really won’t cool off your room but does provide some cool comfort at your desk or bedside. Because of the misting feature when the cooling is on it really increases the humidity in a room. This can be great in winter but tough on a hot humid day/night.
