I bought this item as it was recommended by someone, wasn't sure of the quality as it was really cheap compared to other ice cream scoops, but I must admit I was totally impressed, easy to clean, scoops things easily especially when you want to release items. I used it all the time weather it is cupcakes, muffins ice cream, mash potatoes this is my go to, and even my granddaughter who is 8 years can use it easily.

I own a Piazza 40 which has worked very well for me for years as an ice cream scoop. I wanted a 12 for the perfect amount of batter for english muffin rings. This looked like they were the same construction as the Piazza so I bought three scoops for less than the price of one Piazza. I got what I paid for. The blades are not close enough to the bowl to release cleanly, and leave more to clean up afterwards. So, yes, they function well as scoops but only resemble the Piazza. These are unmarked as to their capacity. The medium is a 40, which means its 1/40th of a liter which is a little less than an ounce, 2 tablespoons. The large one is close to a 12. It'd be a 10 if it released more cleanly. In time I'll know if they are as durable as a Piazza.

I'm probably being extremely picky and critical, but I felt that these scoops didn't work well at all. Unless the scoops I received just missed the inspection mark at time of construction. And maybe my pickiness is due to the fact that my cakes don't look as professional as they should. Let me clarify, I am a pastry baker for party/wedding cakes of all kinds. There are several designs I have that require me to use a scoop to design the cakes I make and sell. So they need to look as pristine as possible. I used this scoop the very first time on a child's birthday cake with all kinds of balloons and other such decorations on it. After trying to scoop a few balloons maybe 2-3 times, I threw the scoop out straight away. It was useless. Each scoop came out all lumpy and broken looking rather than a nice smooth curve over the top. One even came out only halfway and the rest of it was stuck in the scoop.I think this was caused by the inner swiping mechanism. It wasn't completely flush against the inner cup so that when you tried to extract the scoop of product, it sliced it out rather that scraping it out. So I gave up and used my older tools that I was trying to replace, since they are aging and some are broken from overuse.With all that said, of course it depends on what you'll need these for. Since I use them to make a product that I sell, it needs to look real good. Otherwise, it doesn't matter how the scoop comes out. So buy at your own best judgement. But if you are a professional baker, I would stay away from these.

I got these to use at my store and they are nice, sturdy, but kind of hard to use. I have used each one but they are all kind of hard to squeeze with hard ice cream. I like the look of these but I think I prefer the old-school ones with plastic handles and the one-thumb push lol.

The feel of the scoopers are not super ergonomic. There's definitely a feel to well designed and manufactured items. So I would say if you're going to be constantly using them, you might want to reconsider. However, for the amateur home baker who uses these maybe like 5 times a year for cookies, this serves my needs. Cookies came out great and even and that's all you can really ask for. Not a huge ice cream person so I haven't used it for those purposes but imagine they would hold up well.

Sono assolutamente soddisfatta. I cucchiai sono di tre dimensioni, uno piccolo piccolo, uno medio e uno un po' più grande. La fattura mi sembra ottima. Ovviamente non sono un'esperta gelataia, li ho presi per casa e mi sono trovata benissimo, davvero. Ci si mette pochissimo a riempire coni e cialde, quando prima col cucchiaio si tribolava... li consiglio a tutti. Sono pratici e resistenti.

I ordered a similar set some time back, and was immediately disappointed when it arrived because it looked so cheap and of bad quality. True enough those three didnt last long at all. They rust in the dishwasher, or even before at the springs. And finally they simply break...This time around I saw this product with 5 stars, but it is basically the same stuff, just under a different name! I will keep it simply because I need something right now, and have to use it already and won't bother sending it back. Next time I will buy WMF or something branded...Mittlerweile hat der Verkäufer mich kontaktiert und gemerkt dass es um ein Produktionsfehler handelt. Er bittet entschuldigung mehrmals und hat kostenlos das gleiche Produkt zugesendet als auch 2 andere Eisportionierer sorten.Ich fand dass er sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat um das Problem zu lösen und zu garantieren das seine Kunden immer zufrieden sein sollen. Deswegen habe ich gleich auf 4 Sterne gegeben.1 Stern fehlt weil vom Handgriff und beweglichkeit immer noch verbesserungsbedarf gibt. Aber ansonsten ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier völlig in Ordnung.

En mi opinión no valen la pena. Pésima calidad, realmente casi esperada por el precio de este trio. Ya podeis descongelar el helado primero (hasta que sea yogur) si no kereis tirarlas a la basura a los 3,4 o 5 usos, puesto k ya me canse pasar 20min pra enderezarlas y ajustarlas a cada uso.. 12€ Tirados no entiendo como amazon mancha su nombre en productos de este nivel, particularmente ubiese preferido pagar 10€ por una sola y k fuese de una calidad de esas que con el paso del tiempo, te saca una sonrisa viendo como tu herramienta resiste a su cometido... lo peor es no puedo reclamar garantia, pues k no se an roto, solo dobladas y desencajadas, sobre todo el mecanismo de liberacion del helado... MuyBonitas con su metal pulido, pero SUSPENSO AMAZON BASIC!!!

Ne volevo una ma non pensavo di acquistarne tre. Le diverse dimensioni mi permettono di destinarne l'uso per le più svariate ricette :muffin, polpette, ripieni, arancini, oltre naturalmente il gelato. Porzionature perfette.

I tre dosatori non sembrano robustissimi, la linguetta metallica che gira per staccare il gelato non è proprio a filo del cucchiaio e non è perfettamente modellata. Tuttavia, almeno per ora, funzionano bene (con gelato non troppo duro) e, visto che con 13 € si hanno ben tre porzionatori di tre misure differenti, il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente in loro favore. Per ora sono soddisfatta.
