I purchased this cable to make a custom-length cable between my shipping scale and the detached display. I just snipped the connector it came with, cut it to length and then crimped on two RJ22 connectors (purchased separately). It worked perfectly for my needs. For under $6 this 50ft of cable is a great deal and way more than I needed, but now I have about 47ft left over for future projects. Highly recommended.

Got this for a gift for work friends that have landline phones at the office but never answer, because they are "away" from the phone, Theoretically, with 100 foot cords they can always answer my call. They got a kick out of it. And great price. Thanks

Maybe it's the distance or that it's really really thin. But it does work and I can make calls out. Just use to having the lines a bit thicker.

I bought this set because I wanted to run a new wire to my landline phone. I didn't want to buy the bare wire spool that only came with a minimum of 300 feet for significantly more money. So I found this wire that came in a 2 pack of 100 feet. In the end I only needed less than 100 feet, but the price difference between the single pack and the 2 pack of this wire wasn't too different so I bought the two pack for possible future use.So there isn't much in terms of specifications on the product page about what kind of cable it is. So when buying the crimp on plug ends I bought the kind that would work for both, but if using this wire, you will need the type for stranded wire. The cable is also the flat kind but you can see that in the pictures.

Worked great for my need and came quickly.

It works perfect and the length is what I want.
