Nice Frame Made in The Philippines
Amazon should have delivered this in a cardboard box, but used a white vinyl padded envelope instead. No damage, though. The frame does not have a factory box, but does come nestled in the included bamboo tray all shrink-wrapped.The bonus picture that came in my frame was a painting of an island girl (like a Hula dancer). I assumed it was made in China like everything else, but was pleasantly surprised to see "Made in the Philippines". The whole frame is bamboo and some type of tropical hardwood -- 1/4" bamboo front laminated onto 1/4" hardwood back (the backer wood has a grain like 'Rubberwood", but it could be bamboo?). Even the easel and picture retainers are bamboo, as is the backer. All finished in a clear low gloss urethane or laquer. No cardboard, plastic, or engineered stuff. The glass is real glass, not plastic. I will be removing the thick easel and installing a hanging wire or sawtooth hanger for use on a wall. The tray is unfinished bamboo, so I'll spray polyurethane on it, since this will sit on my wife's garden tub. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

Beautiful and Tropical
I ordered a 5X7 size frame and it looked exactly as portrayed in the product description. This frame would be perfect for lovers of a tropical décor. It is very well made and can be displayed vertically or horizontally on a tabletop.

Pretty Bamboo Frame with Tray
I was gifted this bamboo photo frame and Tray. It holds a photo from Hawaii. It is so unique and really captures that “island” feeling along with the tray. It was nice to surround the frame by placing small seashells in the basket as a memento. It was perfect. Sadly, six years later, the frame came apart, not gradually, but at the same time. It was like the adhesive or glue just broke down simultaneously on all four sides . When it was new I considered buying one for another photo, the combo was inexpensive, less than five dollars.Time has passed, now it is twenty-five. I tried to glue it back together but the seams will not align as when it was new. It was a perfect decor piece, but I wish it was sturdier and had lasted longer. I must admit, it was a great value for the cost.
