Not as difficult as most have posted
They give you a sheet of the clear adhesive.Roll back a small section of the clear adhesive place over the black words you are getting ready to stick to wall.Gently take a card and rub the adhesive onto the letters. Once Done rubbing gently pull back the adhesives from the letters. If the letters are still stuck to it's original paper lay the adhesive back down and rub it a little harder.. Using your finger helps.Once the word is on the adhesive place gently on the wall making sure it's straight.Take the card or your finger and rub the word on to the desired section of the wall. Then Once rubbed in gently pull the clear adhesive away from the wall.If the letters are still stuck to the adhesive lay it back against the wall and rub again. Then gently and slowly pull it off the wall.We used the same section of the adhesive for the entire sayings. You don't have to use it all up.. Never Take the white paper that is on the adhesive all the way off. Just Roll it back and keep using the same section of it.

Read the sayings as you are putting this up to help keep you sane.
It's a good thing I only want the saying on the left bc I had to pilfer letters from the right to make it work.Quality: These are not great. I've ordered many types of vinyl lettering. The letters are thin, prone to curl. That's why I needed to pilfer letters. My left saying was also missing a letter "L" from the start, which was okay bc I took it from the right saying.Ease of installation: This does not come with the backing contact paper attached. And only came with enough to put up one of the sayings. Find a clean flat surface and lie the saying sheet letter side up. Take the protective sheet off the contact paper. Get a family member to hold two corners, you hold the opposite, carefully place the contact paper sticky side down onto onto the letters. Rub the letters, then peel back slowly to get the saying to stick to the contact paper. This is when you will notice how thin the vinyl letters are. Get a pair of sharp tweezers, and/or use your nails to pull the stickers up and press them onto the contact paper. Be careful! We lost a few letters at this point bc they curled up. ugh. This took about 15 minutes and cost my marriage a few months.Next, take the letters now stuck to the contact paper to the wall. Carefully check for level and centering, then stick the contact paper to the wall, start at the top, then gently hold the bottom corners down until you can press the entire thing into place.Again, get your tweezers and nails ready. Rub the letters onto the wall, then peel back the contact paper, trying to get the letters to stick to the wall. Have Faith. Have Hope. Tell your friend/family member helping you that you love them. Read the saying over and over while you do this bc it'll be a test of all those things. We lost a lower case s, a comma, and lower case h that were pilfered from the other saying to complete the one we wanted. We found that getting the letters started by pulling off then rubbing the contact paper against them and the wall was the best way to get the letters in position, but some of the more delicate letters had to be very slowly peeled off and pressed by hand.It wasn't easy. But it's up. Be patient. Go slowly.

Make sure both have a transfer strip.
One of them didn't have a transfer film. I don't know if they are easy to remove as I just put them up. I'll remove them when I decide to move. I hope they can be removed easily because I rent.

Painful Application Process
Painful application process ever!! The transfer paper did not work the way they said it would. First, the letters didn't want to stick to the transfer paper, then they didn’t want to come off of it and stick to the wall. I had to painfully try to remove and attach each single letter to the correct position. Even after using a card to press each letter decal in place.

Crap!!!
What a piece of CRAP! These are very hard to remove and install. I literally threw my money away. Stay away from these decals.
