I wanted a more concise cookbook of traditional Danish recipes. It is a tiny 61/2” square book of 64 pages. With a handful of recipes with a lot of pretty food pictures and land/cityscapes. It would be a quaint picture book

Thrilled I found this gem and have already gifted several copies.

Beautiful book of authentic Danish foods. Love it. Bought several as gifts for family. Everyone overjoyed with it. Very detailed. Beautiful pictures.

Yummy recipes. Good size.

"Such a small cookbook!" he said. Small in stature (6.5" x 6.5" x .5"), small in number of recipes (25), small font size. Pork liver pate, anyone? Salted cod is featured in several recipes. Ingredients not readily available in California, unfortunately. Loved the photo on the cover of the open-faced shrimp sandwich, though.

I haven't made anything out of this book yet, it's was bought as a Christmas gift. But it looks good.

I love this book full of simple Danish recipes! Mostly seafood option, but they have all the classics!

Awesome little hardcover book! After I got the first two, I loved it so much that I ordered 6 more (all for Christmas gifts, 2017)! This is not only because of the lovely illustrations, but the book kept it simple--covering just the basic traditional Danish recipes (which is what I wanted) .

Un libro semplice, che descrive in modo chiaro le principali ricette della tradizione danese. Quelle che ci si aspetta di trovare, su una tavola di una qualsiasi famiglia. Dalle frikadeller (polpettine, usate anche in altri paesi Scandinavi) al stegt med kartofler (arrosto con patate).
