Double Pagoda Cooking Wine Vinegar, 640ml

As a Chinese customer, I must say this is not a traditional taste one. Normally it is made of sticky rice instead of normal rice, and we will never, never add salt inside! So I am quite sure it's locally made. Label of both bottles are half off from the bottles, that also an indication of locally put on, those ones I brought from China does not have any problem with that.....Anyway, from the salt added already says not original. however not refundable.Packing is awful, a oversized box with two pieces of packing paper inside but doesn't wrap at all the bottles, which is totally useless! I received the box hearing bottles clinking each other, should be lucky that they were not broken.....

Product arrived in good condition and smells really good. Adds depth and flavour to chinese cuisine. Note that this is cooking wine and not vinegar. Its written as either shao hsing or shaoxing.

If you are cooking Chinese food, this wine adds to the taste! Beautiful aroma and flavour. Love it!

Lots of fungus found and I have contacted the seller but they didn't inform anything. Actually this is just not expected from the seller or Amazon.

Chinese wine for cooking and it gives u the punch which u find in chinese cuisines when ordered in the restaurant. Wine has to be used sparingly while cooking ur fav Chinese dishes
