Have been using for a couple weeks in lieu of my old multi-vitamins.

I started taking it a week ago on the recommendation of a friend sports nutritionist. Since I'm over 40 and looking for something natural to improve my performance at the gym, I decided to test this product.I had already taken Tongkat Ali in powder and I can say that it is the most horrible taste I've ever tasted in my life. Besides the taste I feel better results than tribulus.The concentration of the product seemed to me very good, since I already felt positive results in the disposition and even in the acceleration of my metabolism. The best part is not feeling the bad taste of Tongkat Ali because it comes in capsules.No flavor, easy to swallow. So far so good.A little advice from my nutritionist: Don't take tongkat ali continuously. A pause helps to boost the results. Take 4 days and pause one or Take 6 days and pause 2.

My son is trying to take better care of his health both eating better and exercising. He asked me to get him some vitamins and I saw these which are made specifically for men. He has been taking it for about 5 days now and said he likes that they are capsules, don't have that "vitamin taste" and said he feels like he hasn't been quite so tired. It may be in his head but anything that makes him remember to take them daily is ok with me.

I initially purchased this for the L-Arginine which has been shown to help sustain good testosterone levels but it actually has a number of other useful ingredients. The green tea and saw palmetto were nice additions. Then I noticed the MACA which I had never heard of. I did some research and it turns out it's useful for increasing energy which I definitely need. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase.

The two stars are for the fast shipping.I dont know why, but these vitamins made me feel lethargic.It could be they just dont agree with me.

Great supplement with quality ingredients. Gave me pep and energy throughout the day. Definitely worth adding to my daily routine. Saw noticeable improvement in endurance during training.

After trying many different multivitamins, I would say this one noticeably increased my energy level. It has a unique blend of high-quality multivitamins and herbs
