Looks like it has been opened. I only got 11 needles not 12. Vasoline sticky substance inside. I’m worried it is not sterile. Maybe I should have ordered from the actual company.

I’m new to the micro needling thing. Had an appointment for BB GLOW and the esthetician never showed. So, I read Up on the process, and performed my first treatment yesterday. Instructions are clear, device well packaged with extra needles.

This is my first time using a micro-needling pen and although I do not have anything to compare it to, I think it did it’s job quite well. I love that you can adjust the depth and speed.

I have only used the pen once. However, I have seen a difference already. I am excited on what I believe this pen will do for my skin.

The handle appears to be built very well. This pen will go to the 3mm depth. I have used twice and seem to be getting good results.

Great product..

No complaints. The pen is perfect, & functions how I expected it to.

Jury still out whether using this pen will help with reduction of acne scars. I have only done one treatment micro-needling and have to wait 1 month before 2nd session after looking at several youtube videos by esthetician and dermatologists. Will come back after a couple session and leave a comment.
