I wear between an 8 - 9 in US size so I bought the medium and couldn't get them over my legs, and I have very thin legs. I don't recommend you buy your normal size. Also very little padding. I was looking for a little Improvement not 1/8 of material. I could wear 4 pairs of panties and get the same effect LOL

I don't really have much to review on because I couldn't get them on. I ordered per my measurements and bought a M, afraid they won't be too big as I am usually small. However, when they arrived, they were actually too small. I couldn't get them past my thighs.Was able to return with no problems. I might try a larger size.

Normally wear a xs and weigh 105 lbs and I couldn’t even get them on they were so small.
