BOSU Balance Trainer, 65cm The OriginalIve used a balance trainer for years, for me there are so many things that you can do in order to strengthen your core muscles.I used these in physio countless of times for rehab work and still to this day i continue to use it.Ive bought cheaper alternative previously in order to save money however, the plastic seem to break after about 6months to a year with consistent usage.The last bosu lasted me years and its a true testament when the one i use in physio is around 7 years old and it gets used pretty much all the time until it finally gave up.The material used is pretty much similar to the cheaper alternative this just wins out majorly when the bladder is form to the surrounding plastic which is just way more durable and thick so will last alot longer than the cheaper ones.You do hear air which personally i haven't heard before probably because of the background noises i just haven't noticed this yet it seem like the bladder itself has a pocket which when weight is placed on top of it draws air out and when you get off the air gets drawn back. This is because im am yet to reinflate the device its been consistent and hasn't deflated at all.Overall quality material, very versatile.

I love the colour of the Bosu ball and it seems pretty stable for exercises. There was just some difficulty in getting the white plastic valve into the ball once it was pumped (see picture) when I stand on it I can hear air so I’m not sure if it will stay pumped up but for now it seems good.

Was recommended this product by my podiatrist to help strengthen the ankles and get use to uneven surfaces. Really easy to inflate and comes with an online manual (QR code) with tons of helpful exercise ideas.

I was going to buy the Pro, but then read that the home version has rubber feet, which better suit the floor I am going to use it on. Great product and I’m sure it will last for home use. Useful exercise wall charts.

Hi , All products received but unfortunately when I blew the Balance Trainer up it started leaking air so I need to return it for another one .

I bought this for PT. I broke my leg, ripped my ACL and tore my meniscus. I have been on a really long road to recovery trying to get back to all the sports. This ball has been helping me so much, it's great for regaining quad strength, ankle strength and calves. And it seems to be good balance practice as well. If you're considering buying one, buy this brand. It's sturdy and so far has survived my teenage sons.

I first saw this in the gym at work and tried it out and searched for videos. This is an amazing all-in-one exerciser. There are so many things you can do. The web site also has great tips/videos on how to use this. Yoga, Strength, Balance. So far I've used this at home since the day I've gotten it for a week now and love it. I can feel the muscles being used to help be stabilize my motions. This is exactly what I needed to add to my exercise routine. Highly recommend if you like to add fun diversions to your exercise routines.Note: I used my electric pump to fill this as it would have taken me forever to do it with the hand pump. Nice they give that to you, but much better to use the electric pump.

We have several balance trainers for me (getting older) and my son (disability that includes balance challenges). The Bosu seems to be the best of the bunch. It’s solid, durable, large, and there are fun exercises to keep our interest.

Got myself a Bosu after trying one at physiotherapists and based on his recommendation and customer reviews. Great quality and durable. Great for functional, core and stability. I incorporated it into my exercise routines and even use it while watching shows.

el articulo llegó usado venía sucio y con mal embalaje pero al probarlo y comprobar que es un excelente entrenador para mejorar equilibrio y fuerza decidí quedarme con el, al cabo de una semana observe que el mismo articulo tenía un buen descuento decidí regresar el articulo y cambiarlo por otro igual, ahora con descuento.
