big barrel curl with no heat
I've tried many different rollers-heated rollers, curling irons, velcro rollers, rag rollers-- for my fine wavy, shoulder-length hair. These are the best and I use them almost every day. I think the little sleeve for your hair makes the biggest difference, it keeps the curls smooth. The sleeves make repositioning or redoing the roller really easy. With my other velcro rollers, you needed clips to hold them in--the velcro never really did the job (and really would you want it to? hair getting stuck in velcro is not great for frizziness). These are lighter than my other ones, which also makes a difference. I still use my old velcro rollers for height and body, then use these afterwards for curl, but now have the sleeves that I can use with the old rollers- and it make such a difference in frizz. I even tried doubling them--put sleeve on, then velcro roller at root, clip it on, then these at the end. Came out just how I wanted it.- body at top and curls at bottom. The wetter your hair the tighter the and more old fashioned the curl, so I prefer to use them on slightly damp or dry hair for a more current big barrel curl look. I use about 6 rollers total, and it takes less than 5 minutes to put these in. They set in about an hour. I don't use any product in my hair-but if you have straighter hair than mine a little hairspray would help. My curls last the whole day with these. Using a hair dryer, about a minute on each curl, or even run a hair straighteners over them (watch the company's video) speeds the process but makes the curls tighter. I saw on the company's website that you can stick two rollers together for a bigger curl--I'm going to try that next. Buy these, I contemplated getting them for months and wish I had just bought them right away.

Wanted to like...
I really wanted to love these as they are the perfect size for the loose spiral curl I need. I have wavy hair with a very inconsistent curl pattern. The hair on each side of my head tends to want to be straight so I usually have to use some type of roller on each side when I get ready to give me curl there. Once I figured out how to use these, they were easy to get in. My issue is that the roller is Velcro and even though you have the cover on it, the roller still sticks to the rest of your hair - so what happens when I take it out, is that I have a nice curl but all the hair that it was stuck too is frizzed out. If I then try to wet that part back down it inevitably gets my other curl wet and pulls it out.

These rollers are awesome! The website is listed in the product description
These rollers are awesome! The website is listed in the product description, and there are great tutorials (...). I was able to acheive spiral curls for my medium length hair without using heat!! The rollers are easy to use, won't fall out while you're sleeping AND are comfortable enough to wear overnight. I have super-straight hair that usually does not maintain curl, but with this product, I had curly hair all day. It was even kind of rainy and I still had plently of curl left. I highly recommend this product!

Easy to use rollers that create BEAUTIFUL curls
I rarely write reviews but I had to for these curling flutes! I have a lot of hair but it's very fine in texture so it's hard to make it hold a curl. I usually don't try to curl my hair because it takes so much heat and hairspray as to be more damaging than it's worth. But like any girl with straight hair, I have always wanted curls! I tried these flutes, figuring that at the price I couldn't really lose (I've paid way more for curling irons and other rollers!). I have used them overnight and using the flat-iron technique on the website. Here are my thoughts:PROS:--Easy to use: it took me a while to figure out how to use the sheaths (more on those in a second) but I found how-to videos on the company's website that made it MUCH easier. [...] -The flutes have a lovely cylindrical shape that create natural-looking curls and waves with actual VOLUME. No more flat roots and frizzy ends!--The sheaths are brilliant. Just brilliant. The sheaths prevent your hair from getting tangled in the roller (anyone who has used other heatless rollers knows the pain!) with the bonus that the sheath seems to make your curls shinier--Comfortable: I think because of the sheaths and the cylinder design, the flutes are much more comfortable than hard plastic rollers. They're easier to sleep in, although no curlers will ever be 100% comfy, which is why I love that there is so much versatility--Versatility: there are so many different ways to use these flutes! Check out the tutorials on the Bukli website, there are ways to get tight spirals and loose waves and everything between, to use heat for a faster result (and so you don't have to sleep in them). And according to the videos they work for all hair lengths!--Price: Again I've spent way more money on products that work way less well or damage my hair. Great value! Plus having Prime shipping made it so easy.--Packaging: i admit it, I'm a sucker for pretty packaging. I love the bright, pretty colors--the flutes and the (sturdy, plastic) bag they come in are pretty and feminine but not juvenile or cheap-looking.CONS:--The number of flutes included, I wish there were more. My hair is fine but there is a lot of it--I ended up getting two sets which is necessary for smaller curls. One set was great for big waves though. Maybe soon there will be an option for more per pack?--They're not super comfortable to sleep in. More comfortable than other rollers, even foam ones, but still not as comfortable as not having anything in. But I'm not sure there will ever be perfectly comfortable rollers. :)--It takes practice to put them in quickly. However, I am confident I'll get better with each use and soon they'll be as easy as anything elseTl;dr: excellent product and a great value, easy to use, works for all hair types and lengths, and MUCH better for your hair. Pros outweigh cons by FAR. Try them! You won't be sorry.

They work
Easy enough to figure out how to do this. I did not purchase a hook to pull my hair through but I was able to do so with my fingers. I would still recommend getting a hook though. These allowed my hair to dry much quicker than other curlers. I like the size of the sleeves so you can pull more hair through and get your whole head done quicker. I did not sleep in these and probably wouldn't because they are on the stiff side for me - others may be able to get away with it. I did not have any issue with my hair sticking to the curlers.

Sometimes it's hard to keep these from getting tangled in fly away hairs but so far they've been easy to remove if you just pull
Creates smooth, lasting curls for my hair every time I use. Sometimes it's hard to keep these from getting tangled in fly away hairs but so far they've been easy to remove if you just pull them down through your hair. I did notice that the cones get bent over time from using these so be careful not to squeeze them too much when curling your hair
