This vendor does not allow returns -- I didn't know that when I placed the order, or I would not have bought from them.I do NOT recommend this product because the pod barely fits in the Nespresso machine. It is a VERY tight "click" to set it in, and then it seems like it might break the machine when you try to pry it back open. I'd risk that, though, if the coffee were able to taste at least as good as some of the generic pods. Unfortunately, no matter how much I try packing in a wide variety of coffee and espresso grounds, the coffee does not have the Nespresso signature foam and it tastes watery..Don't waste your money on this item!

An excellent choice for those who like a cup of their own grind. The steel casing fits right into the feed slot. It already has perforations in the front and back and isn't impacted by the machine's punch system. Just use the included scoop to measure your own blend into the capsule, screw the top on it, and insert as you would with any other capsule. Just remember to remove it from the bin before recycling your used capsules. Cleans up easily with soap and water.

Unfortunatly, this multy-use steel capsule does NOT replace Nespresso (or another brand's) capsule. It's really unfortunate! Because, the idea was kinda clever. And it's not that you might save some money (you still have to buy coffee), no. What I laked, it's that you can control the process and use the coffee you like. Organic, for ex. But, no... Doesn't work. What's Come out of it is Just "dirty water", not a coffee. Unfortunatly.

Materials are great, understand it is easy to use, but would be good to include instruccions.also some tool for pressing the coffee inside the cup.

Don’t waste your money like many of us have. The coffee comes out very weak and when I thought, no big deal, I’ll return it...nope! Not eligible for return. I didn’t see that in any fine print. I reviewed the details and did not see it either. I think that is misleading.

Not happy with the product! Can't use it in the Nespresso machine, a complete waste of money!

This little steel capsule is well made, and sturdy. HOWEVER, it does not work in my Nespresso Pixie, at all. The coffee just dripped for a few seconds, and then stopped. I tried packing the coffee more loosely. That made no difference, and my Nespresso was struggling to get any water through this thing. I cannot recommend this as a refillable substitute for the disposable capsules. It is unfortunate, as I really had hoped for one that would work, to save money, save waste, and use my own coffee.
