Wasn't sure how much of a difference using this butcher paper would make compared to wrapping in aluminum foil. The bark on the pork shoulder I smoked this weekend was a marked improvement, letting it stay crunchy, not soggy. Will definitely be ordering again as this will be used on every pork should, every brisket, and anthing else that needs to be wrapped.
