bitter sweet
love this book. really useful little book to have at hand. it's like having a bitesize BNF.kindle version is really bad though.I would definitely recommend buying this book (the paper copy), but I would not recommend buying the kindle version until it is sorted. In the paper copy, the content is set out in easy to read table formats, and makes finding information surprising easy. This same table format doesn't seem to work so well for the digital version however.(Also, when I bought my paper version, on the inside of the front cover, there were instructions on how to get a free digital copy on the studentconsult website/app [inkling] - and my book came with a scratch code to activate it.)Overall, I highly recommend this book, just for information.

Great for medical school finals!!!
All the medication you need to know for medical school. In fact, i think it would suffice up to SHO level and even the early stages of an SpR. But please do not neglect your BNF, download it into your phone, and start using it regularly. This book is really just to pass medical school finals. TO be a competent foundation trainee, make sure you use the BNF too!!!

Great!
Soooo so useful! Used it for the revision for my exam. It has things laid out simply, so if you're not one to remember all the super long scientific words you just want the foundation of a certain drug or group of drugs then this is perfect. If you do wish to have more detail then further information should be sought, such as I also used a BNF for more specific drugs. It includes things such as; what its predominately for, how it works, contra-indications, things to avoid and be aware of, and any other important info you'd need about that drug.

Great for the clinical year medical student
This book is amazing for the medical student who is faced with the prospect of remembering the names of many drugs but doesn't know where to start! It makes a lot of sense (more than the very complicated BNF!) and summarises key information for the most common drugs you'll need to know on the wards. It doesn't have all the drugs you'll need to know as a junior doctor though, but it's a good start.

A must if you are a prescriber!
this Little gem is very well structured, jammed packed with relevant clinical information, and it’s size means that you carry it in your pocket.Whilst it doesn’t give you doses, it is really useful in clinical practice. If you have done your NMP, is the best book you can have alongside your BNF.
