The media could not be loaded. I collect fountains, mostly tabletop and a few in the yard. I’m always looking for any that are different from the usual rocks or bowls, and this caught my eye. I love it! It needs the tube to be either an inch longer or to be a tighter fit on both ends. I have small hands and it was still difficult to get far enough into the opening to connect, and then the tube would come off when putting the pump back inside. The light could be warm rather than white. Little things aside, it flows gently even on high so creates little “babbling” sound but it’s so pretty watching the water in the light that it’s a definite keeper. The pump is nearly inaudible.

The tabletop fountain I used for a few years on my covered porch finally died and looking for another has been difficult! They're either too small, too expensive, not enough ambience to create the look and sound that I want, or they're just plain ugly. This fountain is perfect! It's a nice decent size, I love the 3 separate bowls the water flows in, it has a LED light that creates a wonderful light effect at night, the pump is completely silent making the sound of the water trickling completely relaxing. It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. I bought the additional warranty as well so I'm comfortable with this purchase if something goes wrong with it. I use it outside on a table right outside my living room window (I have a covered porch so the fountain is safe from the elements) and I can hear it when the window is open, plus the birds enjoy drinking out of it! In winter I'll bring it in and use it in my bedroom, so as you can see I enjoy a good water fountain and amI'm extremely pleased with this one - I highly recommend!

This is a pretty nice-looking fountain at a reasonable price. The whole reason I bought it is because it appeared to actually be able to create a significant sound of falling/trickling water. It lived up to that billing. It's easy to set up, although the slider on the back that you can use to adjust water flow is not well-marked as to which direction is higher and which is lower. Once you figure that out, just put enough water in to cover the pump, put the back on, and plug it in. I REALLY enjoy the actual sound of falling/trickling water that this provides, unlike other fountains, which are attractive to look at, but provide very little water noise. It's also nice that there is an adjustable water flow, so you can determine how quickly the water comes out. As others may have said, I did get a few drops of water splashing out now and then, but certainly nothing that would cause a flood or ruin a surface. I actually found less splash if I turned it up a bit. A small trickle seemed to cause the greatest amount of splash. Play around with it to figure out what works for you. No doubt you'll find the right setting. This is an excellent value for a nice fountain that finally provides a soothing water sound, unlike other fountains. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

The media could not be loaded. DO IT!!Love this fountain. It has become a staple of peace in my home. It’s perfect for end table topper. You can adjust the water flow. Comes with some rocks but I added raw crystals into mine as well. I’ve had this fountain for about 7 mos and the power plug fell apart. I didn’t have high hopes bc it had been so long, but I contacted Apline and just asked if I could please purchase a replacement plug/ transformer thing. They sent me a whole new transformer plug and pump at no charge. They were responsive and kind as well. Just a bang up job on customer service. Above and beyond in my opinion.

The water fountain only pours down one side and pours off onto the counter. Corner of it broken, tree looks extra fake, i would replace it with a different fake bonsai. And the light doesn't turn on unless it's in a very specific and inconvenient position. So basically if you don't plan on using any of the features that this is meant for, then this is perfect for you.

I chose this fountain compared to one 1/3 of the price because of the style, stream sound, and ability to control the flow. However, when I unopened it and tried to assemble, the parts did not match what was described in the instructions. I was able to get it to work, but it was not as advertised— there was no device to control the flow and only one flow possible. the set up was also super awkward and confusing. This would’ve been a fine fountain, just not as advertised and not worth the price. I returned for a $30 version that is almost identical.

I purchased this Alpine water fountain a little over half a year ago and I do not regret my purchase in the least. I love everything about it: the look, the color, the size, and the easy assembly. So, I recently began to notice a little chipping of the finish, as well as some surface water discoloration. Not to be dismayed, I contacted Alpine customer service, with a best-case scenario in my head that they would either recommend some spray paint or repair kit for a DIY job or perhaps direct me to a local refinishing shop in my area. Well, after responding to their initial reply with the requested pics of the aforementioned issues with the fountain and my full address, I could've been knocked over with a feather when they replied the very next day that they were sending me a replacement fountain of the same model and that it should be arriving in 3 to 5 days! Not only that but also there was no need for me to send them my fountain and I should keep it for spare parts! Was I dreaming or what?! I hadn't experienced this level of customer since I lived in NJ and received full-service fill-ups at the gas stations there! Oh, how I miss those days, but I digress. Lol Talk about a win/win scenario: a beautiful water fountain and the best customer service one could ask for. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere, anytime soon! Thank you, Alpine!

I purchase this to put in my sunroom as an accent piece. It provides a wonderful bubbling sound, and the internal light makes the fountain "pop" at night. It is well made and is also a good value.
