As long as you are buying this as a companion for your existing smartphone, this is a good buy. The quality of the phone is at par with the price. The first device I received was not working (it did not even turn on) and I was worried that I made a mistake by buying a cheap, unreliable product. When I called up their customer service, they initially sounded sure that there was nothing wrong with the phone, but probably the battery is too low in power or I had missed to turn on the battery switch (which is a surprising thing in a mobile phone). Two minutes into the call, after having tried a few sequences of turning off and turning on the battery switch, the technical support person exclaimed that the battery might not have been connected properly. He advised me to go for a replacement. I was still not very sure if I should replace or request for a refund, but the overall experience of calling the tech support was good. Even though they were confident that there is nothing wrong with their product, they did not make me feel that I am the one making a mistake. So I went for a replacement. That experience was also smooth, thanks to Amazon's slick process.The replacement phone worked perfectly fine. I have not yet inserted a sim, but the BT connectivity is cool. My iPhone did not have any trouble pairing with it and all the audio is actually played through the fox mini1 now. I am not sure if that is a nice feature, but a cool one nevertheless :)Although pairing was smooth, the BT range is not that great. My plantronics bluetooth headset has a much better range than this phone. Again, I am not disappointed as my intention is to use it while I have my primary phone with me on my desk or being charged and I can use this as a BT dialler/receiver.The synching of contacts is a nice feature. The call log from your primary phone is also synched to the mini1, making dialling as similar to your primary phone as possible.The audio quality during calls is not that great, again nothing to complain considering the size, the price, and the purpose of the phone. Calls did not get dropped at any point, so all good there.Surprisingly, the ring volume is quite high for such a small phone. But that is not a feature I was looking for, so does not deserve any points/stars from meAfter using some heavy smartphones, holding this one which is virtually weightless is something that I need to get used to. It does not feel like a phone at all. I remember having a remote control for my creative soundblaster which was almost this size and weight.One feature that could have been a killer would be the ability to pair more than one phone. There are cheap bluetooth headsets which can do this, so I am assuming that this would not have made the cost significantly higher. But again, if that requires more/bigger hardware, it would be a bad compromise.Why not a 5 star rating? The call audio quality and BT range is not great.Overall, quite happy with the purchase and will recommend this product with a statutory warning. This is a device with a very specific use case. If you are not buying it for that specific use case and only for that, you will be disappointed. This is not a device that you can show off to people. A good share will not see any value.

Amazing product. It does what it meant to do. I had a problem where I mistakenly put a nano sim into the card slot and the sim got stuck. The authorised service centre is only there in Mumbai. I couriered the phone to fox mobiles Mumbai and got it rectified and sent back to me with in a day's time . Though the service centre is far away and only one, the support what they provided was amazing. Special thanks to Imran and Rakesh from Fox mobiles.

Would work as Normal Bluetooth phone.. the tagline of intelligent phone is wrong. It works just like a call forward feature of all phones.. only good thing is battery... pathetic keypad.. unable to use.. had to press veru hard.. and its not a button type keypad.. u need to press too hard

Got this phone in delivery. Switched it on, only to find out, it requires a phone password. There is no mention of the password in the instruction manual or on the box. Unable to reset the phone and the Customer Care doesn't respond.I'll say it's a flimsy and untrustworthy product. Will have to return.After the exchange(since it can't be returned), found out that battery life isn't too great and voice quality is not usable for outdoor use.

This is a fantastic product! The battery life is simply amazing! It is extremely slim and it actually fits in my wallet.Other similar products might have a earphone jack or memory card slot. But they are all very fat as compared to this.Fox Mobiles is a well known brand that gives a 1 year replacement warranty that no one else gives!Highly recommend buying this phone.
