False advertising only 2G
This is false advertising, they listed 2G, 3G and 4G, however once my carrier turned off the 2G network it stopped working. I really liked the product, it worked well while it was able to connect.

Good unit.
Programming this unit via text is very easy and the unit works well.I find the PC interface too convoluted to get up and running compared to other units that I have used in the past.

When my carrier switched to 5g it stopped working.

Don't no yet,can't access device thru usb cable yet,I'm not sure it's 4g yet.After looking at device is sticker says 2g,request refund
