Nothing bad to say
I ordered this bag back in 2014. Since then it has been on 2 cruises, multiple train trips to NYC in the winter, a trip to Vegas, North Carolina, 1 week in Cancun, the Bahamas, and used in multiple moves. The white means it is easy to see dark scuffs but I can't find a single issue otherwise. The shell has held up through all baggage claims and others handling it, things thrown on top of it, pulled along the snow, DC city grates, cobblestone paths and quite frankly it's held up better than I could have ever imagined. I will be buying a smaller size as soon as I can.

Cheap material, will break after a couple of uses!
The design is great and the interior is nice... But that is pretty much all about it!After the first use, it showed a broken piece on the side of the suitcase.And after the second use the plastic around one of the wheel broken, leaving the luggage unusable.Their warranty department approved the claim but they had no similar luggage to send... Until late summer!!! (I filed the claim beginning of May)I am very disappointed and I have filed a claim with the BBB in hope for a refund

Not so great
The luggage looks great, but isn't as tough as I'd like it to be. I'm a heavy international traveler and the luggage is showing intense sign so wear and tear, and parts coming off. It does fit an extraordinary amount of stuff though.

MOST BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF LUGGAGE I OWN!
The IT luggage is phenomenal! I have never been more happy with a purchase in my life. This luggage case fits so much, and then can fit even more. It is stylist beautiful, and i Cannot wait to buy the other two sizes!

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it,.,.He said their is more than enough room for his needs...He likes how easy it rolls...This item came on time for Christmas....I will shop here again!.....

I will rate design and and interior parts 5 stars. Retractable hadle broke after my very first flight. Not very accurate stiching

Good quality, rolls smoothly
Well, it has a skull on it, so love. But it's also sturdy and rolls really well. Thinking of buying the larger one also.
