This thing is thick, comfortable and easy to carry around. I keep it in my work van and grab it if I need to kneel down in any area with rocks or straight concrete. It's small enough that it doesn't take up any valuable room in my work van but it's big enough to kneel on comfortably. Keeps my knees pain free and any time a coworker uses it, they ask for the Amazon link. 10/10: would recommend.

Quality and thick pad. Nice and big and can easily knee with both knees and have plenty of room. The pad is very stiff and doesn’t have much give so I question the comfort of kneeling for things like yoga. I bought for yoga because I’ve had a knee replacement but found it too stiff to help cushion.

It's a foam pad. You kneel on it. It keeps you from bruising your knees on the concrete.I bought it for my LabKittens and it has survived multiple years with minimal cracks or stress marks. It's not exactly soft, but you don't want that in a kneeler.

I'm 6'3" and it's very difficult to find a kneeling pad for prayer these days which are dense enough to support my knees.I tried for a while to find a "real" prayer kneeler that looked the part; unfortunately all of them were very lightweight and more suitable for display than actual use. While this pad is pretty utilitarian looking, it works great for my purposes. I can kneel on this for 30 minutes - 1 hour and it's very supportive.If you are a small person I don't think this would work for you well. However if you are 6' in height or over, or over 200 lbs, I think this is an excellent choice.

I purchased this almost 2 years ago and still love it, love the thickness of it, it’s vey easy to clean and I have no pain on my knees when getting up after being in my urban garden. I highly recommend its of great value.

Construction is good, but it is too stiff and hard for me. Maybe a heavy guy in construction would like it. My son in law tried it and said he is 250# and it was hard and stiff for him as well but he said it is better than nothing. I read everything about it and it is not exactly 1.5" thick, a bit less.
