Honestly, these things are amazing. I wasn't expecting much from them, but they are very convenient and great for a quick workout.

Poorly made of flimsy material. Fabric that attached the band to the carabiner snapped during curls. Dangerous. At least they processed my refund and gave me my money back.

Works the way I wanted it to do, no complaints.

I recently purchased a set of Styles II Fitness Resistance Bands and I must say the price that I paid greatly exceeded my expectations. This product is so convenient because it does not take up a lot of room when traveling, great for storage and can be used in small spaces.Since I have been using them I get a great workout and in addition to the bands being adjustable, it has a great feature that allows me to add more than one weight band for more strenuous exercises. It also has a ankle strap that allows me to add more exercises. I could not do that if I were using regular weight bells. There is also a door strap is great for heavy pulling exercises and workouts.I would recommend anyone to purchase these bands. If you are looking for great value at an awesome price. Look no further you will not be disappointed.

Styles II Fitness is an excellent brand and this is an awesome price for these resistance bands. Especially considering how much you actually receive. I’ve added these to both my P90X and Insanity workouts. Unlike other brands I found the anchors for these to actually work well with both my doors and my banister. No slipping like others I’ve experienced. The different grades of resistance allow me to scale my workout intensity to where I need it to be on any given day. The carrying pouch has also made it convenient for me to take my work out on the road when I travel instead of trying to figure out how to get then in my bag neatly. I also like the detachable handles so I can double up the bands for an extra kick to my exercise routine. Excellent buy for those just starting out and those that have been exercising for a while.
