Q: I have had some of the color wash out of one of the boots. What polish can I use for the oxblood colored boots?

Oxblood or burgundy cream polish works on my boots. It absorbs the polish better and conditions the leather. You can find the cream polish at shoe repair stores. I hope this helps.

Q: How durable/tough are these? Would these stand-up to daily commuting in MN winter weather?

I doubt it, these are more of a dress boot to me, I've lived in Alaska before and I wouldn't wear these in the snow or winter weather at all.
