About the Author Asha Rani Mathur is a freelance writer and editor. She has worked on inflight magazines, edited and produced books on aspects of Indian life and culture, as well as art catalogues. She has written on subjects as diverse as restaurant food, travel and ancient India and scripted documentaries for television. She is also the author of Woven Wonder, a book on the tradition of Indian textiles, which is also part of this series.
