Body Sport Standard Hand Therapy Putty, Green, 4 Oz., Medium, Strengthening Therapy Putty for Physical Rehabilitation

I received a personal, professional, and friendly message from the seller regarding this product; a short and easy list of exercises to do with the putty since there are no basic instructions that come with it. I was very surprised and pleased as I didn't expect to receive a reply to the feedback I left for them. I have used this putty in the long-ago past in physical therapy sessions, but I wanted to purchase my own. I chose the yellow strength because I wanted to start out fairly easy. I am pleased by the quality of this product and how easy it is to use. It's also portable! I really appreciated the company sending me the personal message and highly recommend these therapy putty products. This putty is a great value for something you can do for yourself. I do recommend that a person consult their physician before they decide to start an exercise regimen of any type, no matter how simple.

I bought the most recent container for my in-laws after they visited and played with mine. My physical therapist had recommended it after I broke my wrists be was trying to get movement back. Now I use it to ward off the stiffness of arthritis. If I don't do it for awhile I get pretty stiff and sore. But a week or so of just playing, squeezing and stretching it while watching television makes everything calm down and brings back mobility. It is stiffer than clay or play dough, and stays nice in color. Beware of getting animal hairs in it though, they are hard to pick out!

I bought this in order to continue my occupational therapy while on vacation. Keep in mind that the putty at OT is used and may be easier to squeeze. I was starting green at therapy but I bought this red one just for that reason I stated above. Smart move. The new red one was just as tough as the used green one at OT. So if you use red at OT, buy the yellow. LOL

This is a little stiffer than I anticipated and is best suited for an adult with average hand strength. I purchased for my 7 year old but it's a bit too stiff for her to make good use of. This is a good hand-sized amount, though. I would recommend this brand.

Too hard!

I wanted to have some of this after using it at physical therapy. Product was as advertised. It fitted my need.

got these putty's about 2 weeks ago and they work very well.The yellow is a little stiffer than what I was using and the red is more so.But both work very well and when they get older and weaker I would buy them again.

This is the perfect item to exercise your hand in muti-function tasks. strengthen any portion of your hand. For bowling I use it for finger and thumb strength for better ball control.
